A passionate training team based in Goa, India. Established in 2003, we have nurtured amazing transformations in various teams. UU range of products include Out Bound Training (OBT), BootCamps, Motivational Workshops, Train-the-Trainer, Oratory Mentoring & Soft Skill Development.

​PRAVIN SABNIS is a Life Coach with a passion for helping people connect with their potential. Since 1997, he has conducted over 1500 workshops for leading corporates, teachers, students & other teams. In 2003, he initiated the UNLEARNING UNLIMITED team. He has also founded the Trainers' Association in Goa.

A certified trainer of the Training Academy of Junior Chamber International, USA, he has authored six manuals that include USING THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR BRAIN, HEAL-THY SELF (Stress management), INSURING SUCCESS (for insurance agents) and SWAGAT (for new Jaycees).

He led Zone XI in 2004 as Zone President and served as Editor of NOM magazine, Challenge in 2006. He has been awarded the title of Senator by JCI. He has been head coach for many training events of JCI India.

He has won theatrical acclaim and awards for scripting, acting and directing plays in English, Konkani, Marathi, Hindi & mime. His stories, articles and poems are featured in newspapers, websites and magazines. He is proactively involved in FILM BEAM, RANG IXTT, JCI, Youth Hostel Associations of India, Nisarg, Goa Hiking, citizenship and environment concerns.

Unlearning Unlimited (UU) – a collective of trainers, facilitators and motivators – was initiated in 2003 by Life Coach, Pravin Sabnis. The UU bouquet of unlearning sessions includes an innovative use of lyric, song and dance; impact audio-visuals; inspirational handouts and exciting activities. The forte of the UU team is in the invigorating design of Out Bound Training that includes the dynamic dimension of training in the wild using mountaineering and adventure activities.

UU clients include in Goa include Beckers, DIEBOLD, Goa Tourism, Glenmark Pharma, ICFAI, Manovikas, ACGL, Open Destinations, Kodak, Salgaokars, Hotel Goan Heritage, Goa University,  Springboard and others. Elsewhere in India UU clients include Ruksun Software, ONGC, Schenker, Geodis, Aryan, Prakash Steelage, Axatech, Indian Forest Services, Navodaya Principals Forum, Nokia, Orion Cements, Tata Communications Internet Services, Vista Foods, Transocean and others. UU has also conducted training for Astrazenca, Saudi Arabia; HSBC, Asia; Lehmann Brothers, Mumbai; Wild Drift, Sri Lanka and others.

Raimundo loves to make things happen, from ensuring logistics to erecting set-ups. He has a soft spot for cooking and serving. In his spare time, he likes to take photographs of anything and everything.
