Out Bound Training
UU's most popular training product is OBT - ranging from experiential training in the outdoors to Adventure Activities, from Treasure Hunts to Beach Olympics. The OBT spaces include dense forests, sunny beaches, soothing spice farms, recluse islands and river rapids.
BOOT CAMPS
UU conducts experiential Boot Camps in three levels (Attitude, Adventure & Achiever) for students of MBA, professional colleges, teenagers as well as corporate teams. UU Boot Camps are held in the lap of Mother Nature and are like an open university, albeit a three day interface! Syllabus includes soft skills, team working and strategy solutions
UU Workshops
UU caters to the specific needs of developing certain skills like presentation to soft skills to motivational seminars. Duration ranges from 3 hours to six hours, single day to multiple-day residential retreats
ADVENTURE
UU orgainses adventure activities as well as trekking expeditions. Sites range from the waters of the rivers & Sea to the exciting range of mountains in the Sahayadris as well as the Himalayas.
